Postnatal Doula	Hours usually between 9am-2pm 5pm-8pm other hours considered on request short-notice bookings may be possible
Labour Doula	Two Antenatal visits including preparation for childbirth On call for 4week period Continuous support during established labour One postnatal visit
Antenatal Doula Services	Hours flexible by arrangement
Overnight Doula	Care of baby and support for mum 9pm-7am
